SENIORS 2025

Hello Senior 2025 families! This is the place where you will find information about graduation and its surrounding details. Posts will be made below as information becomes available.

 

REMINDERS FOR GRADUATION

  • All audience members over the age of 1 years old need a ticket to enter graduation.
  • Graduation can be live streamed at http://iusd.org/PHSgrad, password: bulldogs.
  • Audience members can sit in the stands or on the track, or stand around the gates surrounding the track.
  • Audience members cannot bring noise makers, balloons, large posters or signs into graduation. These will not be allowed in the stadium, and should be stored in a car for after the ceremony.
  • If audience members need ADA seating accommodations, students can fill out this form by 4PM on 6/4, https://bit.ly/ADAPHS. An email will be sent after 4PM to all parties requesting ADA seating or transportation from their cars to their seats. All these participants are required to have graduation tickets as well.
  • Gates open at 5PM, and Commencement begins at 6PM. Commencement should end between 7:00-7:15PM.
  • If a parking lot is full, security will direct you to another lot or an city ordinance allows parking on Chinon and Candence on the side of the school only for this evening.
  • Seniors arrive to check in the gym between 4:45-5:15PM. They should be dropped off, and not have any personal belongings with them. All items will be checked in with teachers during commencement including cell phones and keys. They must carry in their cap and gown and not have these on to ensure no extra items are brought in for graduation. They may only wear their chords or stoles they received at the PHS senior awards ceremony.
  • Please see the original graduation letter emailed home and shared below.
  • DO NOT FORGET TO DISCUSS A MEETING SPOT WITH YOUR SENIOR AFTER GRADUATION! All graduates will walk back to the gym area after graduation. There are over 3,200 audience members, 100+ staff, and 600+ seniors all exiting at the same time. No one will be allowed on the field after graduation.

  • Invitations with instructions will go out to honorees by May 2nd
  • Student honorees should meet on the blacktop behind the gym at 6:30 PM to check in.

Class of 2025 End of Year Information!

The senior class met during advisement on 3/14/25 and received information about the end of the year events including senior final exams, clearance, breakfast, graduation attire, rehearsal, speeches, tickets, ADA assistance, and graduation. Visit bit.ly/PHSgradinfo to see the presentation.

 

Parent/Guardians of a Senior:

This letter was emailed to every Senior and the parent 1 and 2 email contacts today regarding Graduation.

 

12th Grade: Cap and Gown Orders

ONLY 302 of the 625 students ordered their Cap N Gown by the December 20th deadline.

Option #1: Was due on February 28th!

  • If you did not order your cap and gown, please email our Jostens representative, Mrs. Flippin @ Liz.Flippin@jostens.com as soon as possible!
    • She will set up a time with you to meet at her office, 27601 Forbes Road #50, Laguna Niguel (5 Freeway and Crown Valley)
    • Cap and Gowns before 12/20 were $35, additional late order service fee is $10 = total of $45

Option #2: Due June 4th!

  • If you did not order your cap and gown, pay $50 (cash ONLY) on day of cap and gown delivery (Wednesday, June 4th) for an extra cap and gown. This could not be specific for your height and weight. 

Seniors: The Jostens Representative, Mrs. Flippin, was here during OH on Friday, October 11th answering questions about class rings, graduation gowns, caps, and tassels, plus senior gear and announcements.
