The School Plan for Student Achievement (SPSA) is the result of a collaborative effort between representatives of all stakeholders who meet together regularly throughout the year. It is the product of groups looking at student data, measuring gaps of current performance verse ideal performance, and developing a plan to mitigate gaps. Two primary official groups (Leadership Team, School Site Council) have input into the content of the plan, while other groups provide key information and feedback to ensure the plan is meeting the needs of all students at Portola.
